Another drive thru bad experience, clearly people make mistakes, but when you call them out on it & they then blatantly lie & say it wasn't me!! Clearly there is a cultural issue within this branch that leads to bad service with staff that are afraid to accept responsibility for their own failures.

A busy but well organised restaurant. Drive through got our order correct despite our dietary requirements. Friendly staff. What more can you want!

Yesterday we went for the drive-through and we ordered food. We drove to the park to eat it and noticed that a chicken burger was missing from the order.
Went back to the window and told them that a chicken burger was missing and the McDonalds employee said that they were sure they put it on the bag. I insisted that they didn't, and he guaranteed he did.
I asked the guy (who I found out was the manager) to go and check the CCTV. He said he was going to check it now. Took another 10m, came back and said: clearly I put it in the bag, so you have to have it there.
I was like: look, we didn't go anywhere, the burger is nowhere to be seen, can you please just give us the burger so we can get on with our lives? He said no because it chews up on the profit of the restaurant to which I said that the chat we were just having is chewing on more profits than the £1 chicken burguer.
After much debate, he said he would do us a favour and give us the chicken burger that he never gave us in the first place.
Absolutely appalling behaviour and that manager should be fired on the spot. I was never this mistreated at a McDonalds before.

Consistently slow. Seems the norm now to wait up to half an hour in the drive through whilst nothing moves. Same wait times with click and serve. If you’re passing another McDonald’s on your journey, use that one instead

Have you ever noticed how the fries at McDonald's always have the same appearance? Do you understand the reason? It's for all the disgusting things McDonald's puts on them, including sugar, chemicals, and—this is the creepiest part—"natural beef taste."
Is the asterisk visible? It isn't "natural meat flavouring," in actuality.
That trash has zero "natural beef," period.
The "Natural Beef Flavor" in McD's is manufactured from ingredients derived from modified wheat and soy. What ??? Why does McD always tell lies?
Do not read this if you enjoy Chicken McNuggets. Chicken bits that have been pureed and then shaped to resemble chicken breast slices are used to make McNuggets.
They could have made them into anything they wanted, such as clovers, stars, or crucifixes, but McD made the Chicken Nuggets look like.

Waited 15 minutes after ordering in the drive-through queue, food didn't come out. Eventually parked the car up and went inside where my order hadn't even been prepared, but was eventually handed to me with no apology for the wait. Several other cars in the drive-through had this also. Always an issue when I visit this restaurant; either sloppy and lack-lustre service, food is cold or there's missing items.. avoid
